Sr. HR Assistant

We are seeking candidates for the following position based in Wilmington:   Sr. Human Resources Assistant   Responsible for providing high-level administrative support for Human Resources departmental operations. This includes entering data for new hires, maintaining personnel files, coordinating employee service awards maintaining employee CV’s,  overseeing security passkeys, processing status change forms, answering telephone inquires from employees and general public, verifying employment status, providing back-up for receptionists, assisting in scheduling interviews, and establishing various reports and documents to provide current personnel information.   Qualifications include AAS with 8+ years related administrative support experience, minimally 4 years of direct HR support.Requires excellent computer skills in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; strong attention to detail; high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task on a daily basis; and accurate data entry skills.   AAIPharma offers competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and advancement opportunity.    AAIPharmais an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V
