Sr Infrastreucture Analyst

Our client in Center City Philadelphia, has an opening for a Sr Infrastructure Analyst. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:Overview: Provides support and maintenance related to technical infrastructure (network and servers). Primary Job Responsibilities: 1. Participates in design, development/implementation of technical infrastructure (network and servers). 2. Monitors, manages, and supports the technical infrastructure 3. Suggests potential improvements to the technical infrastructure relative to security, business continuity, service delivery, etc. 4. Participates in asset requisition, acquisition, receipt, and management 5. All other projects and tasks as assigned Key Skills: 1. Ability to work as part of a team 2. Strong troubleshooting skills 3. Customer service 4. Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal) 5. Ability to perform out of hours working Experience: 1. Minimum of six years of experience in a LAN/WAN environment (Microsoft) supporting servers and/or network. 2. At least one of the following certifications required: MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP (combination preferred) 3. Demonstrated knowledge of the following is required: TCP/IP, Cisco routers and switching products, IP Port Standards, MS Windows 2000, and MS Windows 2003 4. Experience in these areas preferred: CIDR, EIGRP, OSPF, MUX EQ, VOFR/VOIP, Visio, Visual Networks, Checkpoint FW1/VPN1, Cisco Firewall/VPN, GRE, PPTP, IKE troubleshooting, SNMP/RMON and Internet-based applications, Multicast, UNIX, Network Management Systems, circuit provisioning, Dell/Compaq hardware, Oracle, SQL Server, and MS Exchange 5. Clinical drug development or other highly regulated industry background preferred Education: 1.
