Currently we are seeking a Senior Project Associate based out of our Princeton, NJ facility. • Responsible for IVRS project start-up and maintenance including supervision of the core team. • May function as line supervisor or appointed mentor to Project Support Specialists, Project Assistants and Project Associates. • Senior Project Associates will interact with clients for the purpose of collecting user requirements specifications as well as supporting the project for its duration. • Senior Project Associates will have the ability to overview multiple projects (with high complexity) without supervision. • Serve clients by analyzing IVRS needs and generating user requirement specifications for a broad range of systems (i.e. simple to very complex). • Key contact for clients for existing or new work. • Supervise administration of project budgets and timelines for multiple projects. • Manage core teams. Assume leadership of the core team by ensuring completion of the project on time and on budget. Maintain inter-and intra-departmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation among team members. • May supervise project support staff. May develop and mentor project support staff by providing experiential growth opportunities. • May prepare and conduct performance evaluations. May develop performance plan for at-risk individuals. • Advise and support technical line management. • Provide significant input regarding work processes and their refinement. Lead process improvement initiative team. • Assume responsibility for system integrity by ensuring adherence to 21 CFR part 11 IVRS procedures. • Mentor for less experienced personnel as necessary. • Other duties as assigned by management. Experience: • 4-6 years in the Pharmaceutical, CRO or Healthcare industry. • 2-4 years in Project Management. • 2-4 years supervisory or team management experience or equivalent experience. • Proven Leadership ability. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Competency in Microsoft Office tools or equivalent.
