Aileron Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company that is applying its proprietary, cell penetrating “Stapled Peptide” technology to generate breakthrough medicines for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

 

We’re seeking a dedicated, independent pharmacologist to play a key role in the development of our drug discovery programs.  Working across disciplines, will select, develop, and implement in vivo efficacy tumor models in collaboration with CROs and academic partners. The specific models involved will include xenograft and syngeneic tumor efficacy models for drug discovery.

 

PhD plus 3+ years post-doctoral and 3+ years industry experience and a successful track record developing and implementing xenograft and syngeneic  tumor efficacy models including PK/PD studies.  High energy, open minded, strong written and verbal communicators will succeed here in our dynamic and innovative environment.
