Responsibilities, Challenges, Expectations and Deliverables for this position:

 In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, timely execution and delivery of state-of-the-art statistical input and services in support of Phase IIIB/IV clinical trial programs and exploratory data analysis/data mining activities.Responsible for the statistical methodology needed to conduct Phase IIIB/IV studies.Manage and lead the statistical components of protocols which meet project objectives, FDA guidelines, and clinical trial methodology standards.Manage and select CROs.Provide direction/leadership to programmers and statisticians.Collaborate with Data/Analytic Directors in developing and executing exploratory data analysis/data mining projects.

Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:

 PhD or Masters in Statistics or Biostatistics is required.2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical research. 2+ years experience programming in SAS or S+ for statistical analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience managing CROs essential.
