Pharmacology – SS/RS/SRS/Post Doc

Location:  Boulder

 

Job duties:

The Pharmacology Department is seeking a highly motivated scientist with experience in the discovery and preclinical development of oncology therapeutics.  This scientist will lead projects from the bench, serve as the pharmacology lead for one or more oncology projects and work within multidisciplinary teams.  Projects will include external collaborations as well as internal programs.

Position Requirements:

Candidates should have a Ph.D., or BS/MS with 10+ years of industry experience in small molecule drug discovery and preclinical development for oncology.  The successful candidate must have solid hands-on experience with rodent models of oncology and a good understanding of the role of preclinical pharmacology in the drug discovery process.  The candidate should have the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams that include pharmacologists, cell biologists, chemists and DMPK.
