Sterile Filling Specialist (Evening Shift)

Bayer Animal Health operates in more than 100 countries worldwide and is wholly part of Bayer Group internationally.Bayer is seeking an individual to perform the following duties:Produce Animal Health and Human Pharmaceutical products according to the Production schedule in order to ensure delivery of quality product, in a timely manner, while maintaining a safe work environment.1.Setup, operate, troubleshoot and clean departmental equipment.2.Adhere to and encourage coworkers/contractors to follow proper safety, GMP and SOP procedures in work environment.3.Promote and participate in the Animal Health Structured Safety and Health Process.4.Complete all GMP, HES, SOP, and batch record revision training in a timely manner.5.Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections (EU, FDA, internal, and TAC).6.Provide on-the-job training to new operators/contractors.7.Support department by maintaining good attendance through minimal unplanned absences.Requirements:1.Minimum high school education or equivalent.2.Minimum of one year experience or equivalent in a production environment.3.Able to follow department/company guidelines for conflict resolution, as needed.4.Good math, computer, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.5.Work both independently and in a team environment using sound interpersonal skills.6.Self-directed and self-motivated.7. Willingness to work evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.)Excellent company benefits package.
