Stock and Payroll Administrator Human Resources Department North Wales, PA The selected candidate will administer most aspects of ICON's US Stock Option Program. He or she will maintain the stock option database and related documentation; review and provide share information to US Payroll Contacts; distribute stock option agreements; review and maintain share exercise reports for quarterly EPS. The successful candidate will also maintain and document share exercises and the payments process; assist with Sarbanes Oxley compliance and testing; HR and relevant accounts; keep website stock-related information updated and answer all employee stock related questions. A significant portion of this position will also be part of a team processing a bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, journal entries, etc. The qualified candidate must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and must be able to interact with employees of all levels of the organization. Must be computer competent; especially in MS Excel and Word. Must be able to maintain confidential information and must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
