As a Study Coordinator you'll perform project management related responsibilities by coordinating activities for routine studies in compliance with protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPPORTUNTIES: Draft study documents and schedules using outline and client-supplied information. Participate in study related meetings; communicate and interact with other departments and clients regarding study progress. Compile analytical information regarding study related events. Maintain well documented, organized, and up-to-date study files including study schedule, protocol, and correspondence. Review client comments with appropriate study personnel and ensure all data clarifications are completed. Participate in client visits, in conjunction with Study Director/Principal Investigator. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: Bachelors degree in science or a related field with no applicable experience, or an Associates of applied science with 2 years related experience. Concise writing skills requiring minimal review or editing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
