For more information about PAREXEL International visit www.PAREXEL.com RelationshipsReports To: Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations or Contracts Manager Line ManagerWorks Closely with:Contract Managers, Client Contracts and Proposals, Project Management, Clinical Trial Specialists, and LegalExternal Relationships: Client, Site Management Organizations, Investigator SitesKey Accountabilities'Participation in study start-up meetings.'Coordinate Investigator Contract Activity between with Project Team (Client Contracts, Project Manager, Clinical Operations, Legal and Client.)'Preparation of Country Specific Investigator Contracts through negotiation with Clients and PXL legal where necessary. 'Distribution of Final Country Templates to Clinical teams.'Participation in Investigator Meetings, Client Conference Calls and PAREXEL Internal Team Meetings. 'To serve as an ongoing liaison with client regarding contractual issues with sites.'Liaison with Clinical teams for site-specific issues. Education: Juris Doctorate Degree preferred, or Graduate degree in Business. Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably 1-2 years in one or more of the following environments: Clinical Contracting; Pharmaceutical Contracting; Legal (Paralegal).
