The Supply Technician delivers supplies to patient care areas in an efficient, accurate, and punctual manner, stocks and restocks the storeroom, picks and stages products for delivery utilizing first-in, first-out method.  This role has responsibility for:Accurately picking and delivering products to the end userStocking Supply Scan units as neededDelivering carts to the receiving dock by the allocated time frameAttaching appropriate documentation of product discrepancies before delivering to the dockPerforming upkeep on signage in Supply Scan unitsPerforming cycle count unites each morningSeparating orders by department as they are delivered from the dockEnsuring all orders are delivered to the end user the day they are received, delivery documents are signed, and Supply Tech has initialed when returnedMaintaining a neat and orderly work areaComplying with safety policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and participating in department safety activitiesDelivering stat orders each morning and as neededPerforming other duties as directed or required to ensure department effectivenessHigh School diploma or GED required Some college coursework completion preferred 12-18 months of experience working with patient care supplies, hospital or industrial warehouse, distribution or inventory control environment is preferred Basic computer experience preferred Possess mathematical ability for unit of measure conversions, Strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to pay attention to detail Demonstrate good customer service skills Ability to stand on feet 6 to 8 hours a day with regular bending, stooping, and reaching with hands Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
