Systems Analyst

The DenzelGroup has been asked by one of our favorite companies to identify a Systems Analyst. Our client is a Strong, rapidly growing international company. The company is located in a very accessible area in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem area)! Company is commutable from New Jersey, Stroudsburg, Lansdale, Philadelphia suburbs, Reading areas.

Our client is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to provide technical leadership within project teams and to define technical requirements based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS
**Experience working with Intel based server hardware, Microsoft Windows based Operating Systems (Servers & Clients) and IP Services is required.
**Experience with Citrix Metaframe/Presentation server desirable
**Good understanding of Internet Explorer.
**Experience with Microsoft IIS and SQL server desirable
**Knowledge of AntiVirus tools/management desirable
**Knowledge of HP/Compaq server and storage hardware desirable.
**Knowledge of backup software desirable.
**Must be willing to travel for business and work overtime when necessary.
**Must be willing to carry a pager and provide after hour support.
**Network admin, system admin

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

**To qualify for this position, candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field with 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Microsoft certifications a plus.
**Must have the experience in network operating systems such as Microsoft Windows operating systems, server and client Intel processor based hardware . Must have TCP/IP and network communications skills.
**Must practice good time management and project leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

**Provide support on all company standard hardware and software.
**Assist Network Administrators and the help desk support group with technical support issues.
**Analyze technical problems and define a strategy for resolving the issue.
**Develop, implement and maintain systems based on the business needs of the company.
**Take a leadership role in developing detail project plans and schedules.
**Create and/or maintain system validation documentation.
**Research and evaluate new technologies.
