Talent Acquisition Business Process Analyst

Duties include: Designs and develops tools for the talent acquisition planning process designed to meet customer goals. Provide key data insights. Develop measurement systems. Develop queries, collect and compile data using Minitab and Excel as well as creating presentations to be delivered to customers. Provides analysis, insights, and improvement recommendations for operating expenses review and planning. Develops ad hoc analysis to identify potential customer service opportunities and issues. Active reporting and measurement. Work with HR Finance and IT to implement improvements to our processes. Reviews customer analysis with account managers to identify risks and opportunities with customers.
