Become a part of something extraordinary.Job Description: To provide operational expertise to the Talent Acquisition Team and the business units by coordinating the recruiting and onboarding process for all candidates. This will create a positive hiring experience for all new employees. Essential Functions: Utilize the applicant tracking system for verification, creation and assignment of electronic requisitions, posting positions both internally and externally, and coordinating advertising to niche websites, job boards and trade associations. Schedule interviews (in person, phone, videoconference) with top talent and act as point person on day of interview, gather feedback from interview team, schedule debrief sessions. Coordinate national and international travel schedules for top talent. Provide high touch communication to all candidates, ensuring that they are always aware of their status as a candidate or new hire as well as what the next steps in the process are, including candidate close-outs. Prepare offers of employment. Gather all new hire paperwork. Initiate and track background checks and drug screens. Coordinate resources such as relocation services, candidate travel and candidate expense reports. Coordinate first day logistics. Coordinate the processing of new hires including document processing, scheduling orientations, coordinating with hiring managers and other departments to make sure employee related services are in place (badges, workspace, safety training, etc.). May conduct and/or facilitate new hire orientation. Remain in constant contact with local HR and hiring managers, as well as the Talent Acquisition Team in order to update them on the status of a position, candidate or new hire. Consult on recruitment strategies and related issues; attend weekly meetings to discuss talent acquisition progress and new initiatives and to give updates as necessary. May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline preferred. Experience Requirements: Requires a minimum of one or two years of human resources generalist or staffing experience, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations/administrative role, including familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.. Must demonstrate exceptional MS office and Outlook proficiency.
