Job Description Tech Rite Consultant Position Summary: * Provide product support for Thermo Fisher Scientific AP Labeling and Tracking instrumentation in customer facing applications.  The position requires an excellent communicator with above average troubleshooting skills and diplomacy.  Technical support responsibilities extend to Customers, Channel Partners, Customer Service, Instrument Service and Sales Team. * Provide Instruction for Customer Education Classes * Participation in trade shows * Maintain on-going professional growth and development of product knowledge * Support and participate in Beta-Site Testing for new product development * Provide instruction and technical in-servicing to customers and support to sales team * Promotes teamwork * Focus and follow through for complicated projects * High regard for accuracy  Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: An associate’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in information technology required, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficient, technical writing skills, ability to work with minimal supervision in a laboratory environment.
