We have an immediate need for:  Technical Product Support Specialist. 

 

Job Summary: In this role you will provide customer service and technical product support via phone and email to our customers using our VerifyNow product.  This product measures individual response to multiple antiplatlet agents and lets clinicians make platelet assessment a routine component of care for millions of patients receiving antiplatelet medications.  You should possess proficiency in assessing, analyzing and resolving technical product issues. You will track these issues via an FDA compliant complaint handling system. You will do some data entry of product and RGA orders.

 

Requirements:

BS degree in a Life Science

3+ years experience in customer service and technical product support in an FDA-regulated environment utilizing in-vitro diagnostics or cardiac intervention products.

Knowledge of clinical laboratory assays and instrumentation, experience performing assays in a lab environment. 

Familiarity with compliant management systems.

Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and CRM
