This site is located in Orlando, Florida. In addition, as part of the Shared Service Center, there are Distribution Centers on the East and West Coasts.We currently have several openings for Technical Service Specialists. The TSS works with customers to quickly and effectively resolve general product questions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:• Working with customers to quickly, effectively and independently resolve product questions• Training new TS employees • Participating in special projects• Taking on cross-departmental roles (e.g., product liaison for existing products)• Working in phone queue ~90%• Advanced ability to use the Complaint Tracking system • Working knowledge of Inverness products and services

Qualifications:
