Think What’s Possible.To respond knowledgeably and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, as well as to enter relevant data in PV Works and file appropriate reports of suspected adverse events with FDA 1. Provide superior customer service via solid product knowledge and communication skills. 2. Support and defend Novartis products through education of vet professionals and consumers. 3. Collect key data re: product use and response in animals. 4. Fully use database (PV Works) for purposes of documentation and trending/analysis. 5. Investigate reports of suspect adverse events to Novartis products and prepare data for filing. 6. Meet all internal and external deadlines for filing 1932 forms with FDA.7. Participate in case follow-up data collection and 1932 medical review processes.QualificationsDVM or equivalent required" 3+ years veterinary practice and/or industry experience " Knowledge of PC package tools: including word-processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint)." Knowledge of documentation and business writing skills." Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing." Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions." Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks." Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions."
