Technical Trainer

Position Description:

Instructional Designer!KV Pharmaceutical seeks an Instructional Designer to create, implement, and evaluate pharmaceutical technical training programs in a cGMP, FDA regulated environment. We are seeking individuals to join our team to participate in the development of this new training program. Responsibilities include creating and tracking certification programs, assessing employee knowledge and skill gap, and coaching employees on improved procedures, processes and methods to deliver real, sustainable business goals. The successful candidate will determine the appropriate learning activities based on job qualifications, needs assessment and learner analysis. Subjects may include process yield, standard operating procedures, what good manufacturing practices (GMP) are and how and why they are applied, non-conformance report (NCR) prevention and handling process, and yield improvement methods. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least four years of training development and delivery experience and a minimum of two years in a manufacturing/packaging environment. Pharmaceutical experience preferred. If you have specific knowledge in adult learning principles and techniques, are proficient at audio/video development, have effective negotiation and consensus building skills, and can develop diverse skill base, apply today. The successful candidate will be MS Office proficient, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and organize, and have excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
