 For our Exclusive Synthesis business, we are seeking a

  Technical Training Manager



Your tasks

You will be responsible for planning, designing, facilitating technical training programs; analyzing course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions; suggesting changes for improvements and providing customer service support as a point of contact for technical training. 

 

Your qualifications

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus a minimum of five years of technical training/management experience.  Professional facilitation and presentation skills are required. Knowledge of GMP/ISO compliance is necessary. Demonstrated experience with performing needs assessments, developing training objectives, designing/developing coursework and evaluating the effectiveness of training within a GMP environment is required.
