Responsibilities will include local campus office technical support, software upgrades, hardware maintenance, application setup, telephone support, and monitoring network activity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains password security, data integrity, file system security, and backup for the end-user environment. Responsible for administering backup and restoring end-user systems. Configures desktops and laptops for users at all Stericycle locations. Resolves Steri Support Technical tickets via phone or by travel to location campus sites. Maintains asset management database. Responsible for local and facility phone installation, changes and support responsibilities. Attends weekly team meetings to review outstanding issues and/or to discuss new trends or projects. Performs other related duties as required or requested. One to three years of experinece in a technical support environment demonstrating a high level of telphony skills.Technical skills required: Two or more years of Avaya Media Gateway Definity and Merlin Magix programming and support skills, including voice over IP. One or more years of experience with Microsoft Outlook 97 through 2003 One or more years of Microsoft Office product support One or more years of experience working with Microsoft Win 9X, Win NT, 2000 and XP pro operating systems Technical skills preferred: Microsoft Terminal Services experience Symantec Vertas backup software knowledge Exchange v5.5 or above in administrative experience  Apply Online
