The Training Designer and Developer assesses, designs, develops, and evaluates training programs for etials' products and processes as well as for clients.

 

We’re looking for a Training Designer and Developer with the following skills:

- Understanding of clinical trials process and roles of participants STRONGLY DESIRED.

- Ability to design and develop training programs and materials, including written program goals, instructional objectives, program flows, instructor guidelines (lesson plans, slides, wall charts, exercises, and case studies).

- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Instructional design and development

- Experience with Electronic Data Capture in the pharmaceutical/CRO industries highly desirable. 

- Thorough knowledge of various methods of training delivery, not limited to face-to-face, train-the-trainer, web-based, and/or distributed medium.

- Templates for training modules to include leader guides, participant guides, job aide and online content. Establish and administer a certification program.



- Understanding of learning management systems, demonstrated ability in applying adult learning principles, communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
