POSITION SUMMARY: 

Performs general treasury duties including but not limited to balancing cash daily, reconciliation of monthly bank statements, creating weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports, making accounts receivable collection calls, reconciling intercompany accounts monthly, and assisting Associate Manager on projects as needed.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Balances bank cash daily, updates bank information in the accounting system, and distributes daily cash report to senior management

· Posts cash receipts to the accounting system

· Reconciles all company bank statements monthly

· Maintains accounts receivable aging reports, distributes a weekly “critical accounts receivable” report to senior management

· Makes collection calls to clients in effort to collect outstanding accounts receivable

· Reconciles intercompany accounts monthly

· All other projects as assigned


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements for U.S.companies

· Assist in preparation for annual audit

· Assist in preparation of annual tax package


EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting

· Minimum two years experience as a staff accountant with an organization, preferably familiar with an intercompany environment Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to meet deadlines

· Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel
