Web Programmer Analyst II or Sr., New Technologies Sugar Land, TX The selected candidate will effectively program and develop ICON’s web-based “ICOPhone” projects for drug research studies while meeting all timeframes and targets, adhering to ICON’s SOPs and ensuring that costs are within budget. Additionally, this position is responsible for conducting code reviews, writing installation procedures, and reviewing and writing design specifications. The Web Programmer Analyst will act as a liaison with the IVRS Project Manager to successfully develop, customize and provide maintenance to systems as required. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required. Level II - Three years of technical experience to include: ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, Java Script, SQL and T-SQL. Senior Level - Five years of technical experience to include: ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, Java Script, SQL and T-SQL. BS degree or equivalent experience is required. Technical Writing skills are required. Must be able to coordinate all aspects of software development and manage multiple projects and timelines in an efficient manner.
