As the Weighmaster the qualified candidate will be responsible for the weighing up of raw materials, according to written specifications on the batch records.

Obtains raw materials from warehouse, weighs and accurately record raw materials as specified in batch records.

Maintains logbooks.  Completes labor tickets and other documents as required.

Maintains a safe work environment by following all Company safety rules, SOP’s, and cGMP’s.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

 

Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Minimum one to three years’ experience preferred.  Forklift driving required.  Experience in pharmaceutical or related industry a plus.Effective verbal and written communication skills required.  Ability to lift 50 lbs. required.  Must be able to manipulate 50-90 lbs. by pushing, pulling or rolling.
