Worldwide Group Product Director - Global Rogaine - (Job Number: 0805865) DescriptionJohnson & Johnson Group of Consumer Companies is recruiting for a Group Product Director, Global Rogaine/Regaine. Principle responsibilities include: Develop and own the global Rogaine/Regaine Brand Footprint and Brand World. Using the Strategic Plan recently developed and serving as the basis for position expansion, create the globalization strategy for Foam, engaging prioritized countries for filing and launch strategy development and execution. Partner with WW R&D and key regional constituencies to develop a robust pipeline of new products, product upgrades and claims. Deliver the financial and non financial worldwide franchise objectives working with regional franchise management, key country top management, global advertising and packaging agencies and senior global functional management for research and development, engineering, finance, operations and sales. An MBA is required. A minimum of 8 years of consumer marketing experience is required. International experience is preferred. OTC experience is preferred. Experience marketing in a consumer packaged goods environment is preferred. Exceptional leadership, interdependent partnering skills, negotiating skills and emotional intelligence with experience in matrix organizations, ability to operate at a strategic, big picture level will maintain attention to the details of a global, highly complex business and excellent presentation skills are required. Rogaine Foam is a start up operation and would require start-up or entrepreneurial experience is highly preferred. This position requires approximately up to 15-20% travel to Europe and Asia based on business needs.
