ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

Accounting Coordinator

 

An independent satellite and production facility seeks experienced Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting and finance team.  This position will report to the director of Accounting, and will also work with the CFO of our company on a variety of projects and maintain various accounting and administrative responsibilities including:

 Accounts payable and receivable tracking Employee time sheet and vacation management Client billing support Special report preparation as needed Supporting the Director of Accounting and CFO as needed

Qualifications:

 Demonstrated accounting department experience including detailed A/P and A/R processing Solid computer skills (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new skills quickly Ability to work with new, and contribute to improving administrative processes Flexible thinking and creative problem solving abilities Ability to work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment
