The Account Manager will be part of the sales team within Advertising.com's Buy.at Affiliate Network and will be responsible for coordinating the launch of affiliate programs, managing client relationships through day-to-day contact with the client, looking for opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell clients, assisting with prospecting, ensuring clients receive superior customer service, and renewing accounts. This individual will be involved in managing all aspects of campaigns in accordance with the objectives of clients and the territory revenue goal


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage daily contact with clients within territory
*Recruit new affiliate publishers to the network
*Support and manage affiliate relationships relating to your advertisers programs
*Provide superior customer service via creativity, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
*Provide information regarding the status of a campaign or projects related to a campaign
*Provide campaign reporting to clients
*Qualify leads and prospective new clients
*Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations
*Prepare strategies for up-selling and cross-selling existing clients
*Obtain performance metrics from the client to reconcile delivery and billing
*Communicate with multiple internal team members to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch, delivery, and invoicing

Skills:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Outstanding telephone skills
*Ability to learn basic sales skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
*Strong computer skills; MS Office, Internet
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients.
*Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines; strong organizational skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*Outstanding customer service skills.
*Ability to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy are paramount.
*Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external).
*Ability to work effectively as part of a territory team.

Education / Experience:
*Bachelor's degree
*0-3 years experience
*Or relevant combination of education and experience.
