Position Description: Duties & Responsibilities Provide accounting and analytical support to the OEM Finance team Prepare month end accruals for OEM settlement activities Perform month end reconciliations of all related balance sheet accounts Responsible for the monthly analyses of balance sheet accounts, including prepaids and accruals Responsible for the monthly analyses of income statement accounts, including actual to budget variance analysis Prepare schedules to support SEC filings Perform accounting research and prepare formal accounting assessment memos. Interface with the Auditors Other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent required Must have legal right to work in the United States CPA certification preferred 3-5 years accounting experienceSupervisory Responsibilities There are no supervisory responsibilities associated with this jobGeneral Skills Strong analytical skills and reconcilation experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Working independently and in a team environment Ability to pay attention to details and be organized Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projectsComputer Skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Knowledge of Lawson software preferredEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/V/D
