Assistant, International

Lionsgate  has an opening for an entry-level Assistant in our International department.  This position will handle opening and maintaining new contract files, maintenance of the contract files index, ordering boxes to and from storage as needed, filing documents and correspondence in contract files, copying and distribution of contractual documentation, preparing mail and shipment of documents, providing assistance to the International Sales team in the preparation of market activities and other sales-related projects, and helping in the maintenance of various spreadsheets used by the department. 

 

Candidates should be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, be interested in learning about the department, be flexible in terms of departmental needs, pay strong attention to detail, and be highly organized.  Must be a team player who works well in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
