This position manages the overall growing on-site operation of a hotel's Audio Visual Department. The responsibilities include supervising the audio visual staff, enhancing relations with hotel staff, securing contracts with clients, customer service, scheduling, inventory control, training, and ensuring a profitable business center. Ideal candidates for this leadership opportunity must have prior Audio Visual Management experience in a hotel atmosphere. Demonstrated success in a/v equipment sales and impeccable customer service skills are necessary. Working knowledge of the latest a/v equipment, as well as, excellent organizational and communication skills is necessary. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director looking to accept more responsibility, or an established Director looking to join a progressive company.
