Broadcast Sales Representative

Great Northern Video is looking for highly motivated sales professionals or broadcast professionals who possess an understanding of professional audio/video equipment and/or teleconferencing systems. Candidates with hands-on experience in professional and broadcast AV equipment, video conferencing, integration sales, system sales, and/or broadcast engineering are preferred. We are currently one of the largest professional video equipment dealers in the Northeast. Job Responsibilities:•Develop a detailed understanding of our products and services. •Research industry trends •Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine customer needs •Create price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate and •profitable •Travel, as necessary, in New England •Establish professional relationships with manufacturers’ representatives •Design and implement focused prospecting tools to include; webinars, seminars  and email campaigns •Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers.  What you need for the job:•A background in professional audio video production or sales. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •The ability to identify, contact and qualify new prospects. •A positive, upbeat attitude while focusing on customer needs before, during and after the sale.      •The ability to understand, present and demonstrate products and services to end users.Great Northern Video provides the following:•Base salary, excellent unlimited commission opportunities, and a large but specific territory. •Health and dental benefits. 401K     •Vacation plan •A great working and learning environment •The opportunity to join one of New England’s premier pro A/V providers.
