Our Burbank office is currently seeking an experienced Broadcast Systems Engineer to maintain and build specialized mobile production Flypacks and Edit systems.
Other duties include:
· Perform routine maintenance on equipment to evaluate performance and appearance.
· Maintain small parts inventory: cables, connectors, adaptors, hardware, software frequent replacement parts.
· Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
· Coordinate and assist Rentals and Operations with any engineering needs (e.g., operational information, specifications, or recommendations).
· Back fill Bexel Engineering when needed to support the customer base.
· Availability for "in-field" service related issues arising during or after office hours.
Requirements:
· Widespread background in Broadcast Analog, SD and HD video and audio production systems.
· Integration, Systems Design/Build and wiring background a plus.
· Verified engineering abilities
· Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and AUTOCAD programs are necessary.
· Some college in related field preferred.
