Job description: Business Development/Retail Sales Manager  Description:  WLZL-FM 99.1 El Zol, Washington D.C. and Baltimore’s premier Hispanic radio station is accepting applications for a Business Development/Retail Sales Manager. The right candidate must possess the following skills: ability to recruit, hire, train, motivate, and lead a local sales staff to continually develop new business, assist sellers with increasing their closing ratio, and maintain local client relationships. In addition to these duties, you will manage an account list. Advertising/media experience and college degree is preferred. Sales management experience and fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
