CSS / Interface / Flash developer

Online Music Startup Jango.com is looking to expand its small (11 person) team with another front-end developer effective immediately.

We seek a solid front-end developer who will work on all of Jango.com's consumer facing content areas. Day-to-day the person will interact with business people as well as a small team of experienced developers.

Our team consists of a group of highly motivated people set on making the online music experience as addictive and social as possible. Did we mention we want to have a good time?

Experience with the following tools/frameworks is required:
- HTML/CSS design & coding
- AJAX & Javascript
- JavaScript 1.0 and above

Experience with the following is a plus:
- Ruby-on-Rails
- MySQL
- Flash / Action Script
