Coordinator, Program and Production Operations

CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Be part of our team in the Programming Operations department for USA Network, the #1 Cable Channel.Maintain & Update various files & folders pertaining to Programming Operations DepartmentAssist the Director of Program Operations and the department with all administrative needs Screen and select Public Service Announcements for monthly campaignAssist with screening programs & reading scripts for standard & practice issues. Maintain and distribute Extra Avails report to network as neededParticipate in research and report competitive information Prepare & distribute usage reports for NetworkAccountable for USA's programming data entry for Gabriel SystemResponsible for checking & flagging issues regarding producer's completed projects Update and track series ratings, maintain information on the intranetReconcile program scheduling research for series & flag when necessaryCoordinate all close captioning for USA programmingDefine & distribute information for program deliveriesSupport in research for monthly USA programming scheduleAssist in purging expired films from USA libraryForwarding and tracking series delivery schedules and format sheetsResearch program disclaimers & flag when necessary Update and track series ratingsOrder requested dubs & air-checks for programming department as neededQualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years experience with Microsoft programs Minimum 1 year experience in Television programming & production
