Job ResponsibilitiesWill perform daily assignments independently as required by supervisors scheduled maintenanceWork order assignmentsWill be responsible for maintaining all necessary records and logs, and keeping the plant and work areas in safe, clean, and operable condition.Must be proficient in the use of tools, methods and materials associated to the maintenance of HVAC and all associated equipment. Will possesses a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and both electronic and pneumatic controls.Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentValid NYCFD Certificate of QualificationC.F.C. Universal CertificateApplicant must be flexible in scheduling to meet requirements of a 24-7-365 operation including holidays and weekends.Must be willing to join the NABET union (NABET LOCAL 11)A per diem paid will be paid in lieu of benefits and the applicant will have access to 401K Plan through the CWA.
