CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Provide strategic human resource leadership for NBC Local Media & Telemundo Stations Commercial organizationsAdvice and counsel to Sales Leaders on HR issues/initiativesJob responsibilities include organization and staffing, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, employee development, compliance programs and labor relationsManage all NBCU/GE HR processes including employee staffing, human resource review, salary planning, performance management and CEO survey for multiple functional clientsDevelop sales compensation expertise and manage the Sales Incentive processesLead commercial development programs, CLP, ECLP etcFacilitation and leadership of Key corporate initiatives requiring human resources involvementSupport multiple change management initiatives across the group including Sales reorganizationQualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degreeMinimum 7 years Human Resource experienceDemonstrated facilitation and coaching skillsPrevious Employee Relations/Labor Relations experienceEligibility Requirements:Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered (note job#: 798068).
