EMF Broadcasting is the parent ministry of K-LOVE & Air 1 Christian radio networks.  Our vision is to communicate the Gospel message through mass media, leading as many people as possible toward salvation and spiritual growth.  With over 500 stations in 45 states, K-LOVE and Air 1 reach more than 4 million listeners per week. 

We currently have an opening for a Donor Relations Officer (DRO) to work in the Phoenix, AZ area. The Donor Relations Officer (DRO) is responsible for managing between 75 and 100+ names of current donors in a defined geographic region who are already giving a minimum of $5,000 in a calendar year.  The DRO is expected to minister to the needs of the donors and identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward these very important ministry partners for EMF Broadcasting.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

· Qualified candidates should have a degree along with 3-5 years of successful experience in major gift fundraisingDemonstrated ability to understand the needs and interests of major gift donors in order to develop relationships between them and EMF Demonstrated and sincere interest in all aspects of EMF’s ministry and a dedication to promoting the fundraising priorities through developing excellent relationships with others throughout the organization Demonstrated leadership and the ability to successfully manage multi-functional or diverse areas Successful experience in developing in depth cultivation and solicitation strategies Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of completing assignments.  Must be willing to travel an average of 10 days per month (approx. 25 – 50%) Strong commitment to uphold and support EMF’s Mission and Faith statements as well as codes of conduct
