ENG Technician - WSCV

CITY: Miramar STATE: FloridaCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing technical support for News department; Operate and maintain remote live trucks and satellite uplink truck; lifting/carrying tape machines, batteries, TV, monitors, audio mixers, cable reels, etc, ranging in weight from 5 to 50 lbs; Running, bending, reaching, squatting, standing for prolonged periods of time, often in awkward places; Operate and drive van weighing 8,000 to 12,000 lbs.Qualifications/Requirements:*A minimum of 6 months experience in Broadcast Operations. (For example: Electric News Gathering, Studio or Production) *Valid Drivers LicenseDesired:*Bilingual- Spanish/English preferred*Strong working knowledge of computers*Experience operating ENG and SNG trucks *CDL State LicenseGeneral:*Must submit a resume/CV online to Job#: 819612. *Able to work a Flexible Schedule, Shifts and Overtime, including Nights, Holidays, and Weekends*Must be willing to work at the station in Miramar and Miami locations*Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation*Must be 18 years or older*Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
