Our Dallas office is currently seeking an experienced

Electronic Video Systems Quality Control Assistant

 to maintain, evaluate, and organize our vast inventory of EVS equipment.

 

Duties include:

 

· Perform routine maintenance of EVS equipment; evaluate performance and appearance. Follow set policies on System and Terminal level settings, and operational standards as specified by Bexel or the manufacturer.

· Coordinate the “check-out” and return of equipment by customers.

· Maintain small parts inventory: cables, connectors, adaptors, hardware, software.

· Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

· Coordinate and assist Rentals and Operations with any engineering needs (e.g., operational information, specifications, or recommendations).

· Back fill Bexel Engineering when needed to support the customer base.

· Availability for "in-field" service related issues arising during or after office hours.

 

Requirements:

 Some technical education in electronics preferredRelevant IT and networking knowledge. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of Excel and Word required.
