We are currently seeking an executive translator/interpreter to support the Exec Dept. Individual must be able to translate and interpret Korean to English and vice versa in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to translate and interpret the following in a professional and a confidential manner:


- Communication materials, including but not limited to documentation, presentations, memos, and other electronic data utilizing software or tools.

- Meetings, conference calls, and presentations.

 

Incumbent will also be responsible for the following:

- Developing and maintaining reference materials to support translation and interpretation processes. 

- Maintain records of completed interpretations and other assignments as needed.

- Performs clerical work when not actually engaged in interpreting and translating.

- Perform special projects as directed by the Executive.

 

Qualifications:

Native level fluency in spoken and written English and Korean required.
Bachelor’s degree in English preferred or equivalent combination of education or 3+ years experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy/people skills a must.
Effectively present information to top management or public groups in a professional manner.
Proficiency with MS Office suite and internet use for research and business email.
Must be willing to work additional hours as necessary.
Simultaneous translation skill a significant plus.
Experience in the online gaming industry, a plus.
Translation certification, a plus.
