FP&A Senior Financial Analyst

FP&A Senior Financial Analyst for Operations Finance group. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of financial reporting, analysis & budgeting; driving operating performance, and aligning decision making with the business' key performance indicators. Requires working closely with operators in a cross functional, matrixed, and fast paced environment. Specifically:

Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.Establish and maintain detailed budgets.Partner with operators to maximize operational efficiencies.Lead/assist with various ad hoc projects as required.Interact with Senior Management on a regular basis to deliver financial updates.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Prepare weekly/monthly financial reporting packages addressing budget variances, cash position and status of current projects. Prepare annual operating plan, quarterly estimates and 3 year rolling plan. Prepare monthly position update for senior management.Perform in-depth analyses on actual financial performance versus budgeted targets and versus key business drivers to include regression and correlation analyses. Extend findings to provide meaningful recommendations.Partner with operator management and Finance team to strengthen and implement financial tools, metrics and processes to drive operating performance. Provide financial coaching to all operating partners.Ensure a "no surprises" environment. Leverage relationships with operating partners to optimize efficiencies and influence behavior.Lead/assist with special projects - both analytical and process improvements (i.e.: improved management reports, operational processes, data warehouse dashboard tool, etc.). Extend findings to provide meaningful recommendations.Qualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business/accounting/finance and/or MBASuccessful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of progressive experienceMinimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
