German Language Customer Support Representative

K2 Network is known for their exciting Massively Multiplayer Online Games, including Knight Online, Global MU Online, War Rock, Sword of the New World, and Red Stone!

We have an immediate hiring need for a Fluent German Customer Support Representative to manage issues online users may have while playing our games. War Rock and Sword of the New World have been successful with the German gaming communities so K2 Network is seeking German speaking CS Reps to help attend to our German gamers in a more convenient way.


Summary: Online Customer Support

Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, must be flexible

Location: Irvine, CA


Primary Responsibilities:

•Resolve customer game play issues via email in a timely, fun, and professional manner
•Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to optimal resolutions
•Recognize inefficiencies and service quality concerns and recommend solutions to management
•Analysis of raw data used to effectively resolve in-depth customer issues.

Requirements:

•Fluent in German, with excellent reading and writing skills
•Basic-to-intermediate PC knowledge, as well as being familiar with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
•Strong grammar, writing, analytical and communication skills
•Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
•Aptitude to learn quickly and ability to remain focused in a team-oriented environment
•Strong work ethic
•Gaming experience, particularly with MMOs, or customer service background is a plus!
•Ability to be persuasive with customers, keeping “customer satisfaction� as a guiding factor.
•Reliable transportation to K2’s Irvine, CA office
