Job Responsibilities

* Headcount tracking and reporting
* Yearly budget reporting for Finance
* Quarterly HR Metrics reporting preparation and coordination
* Metrics/demographics reporting to Corporate
* Recruiting statistical reporting
* Dashboard" reporting
* Ad hoc analysis
* Main contact with Finance Department
* Severance reporting backup

Requirements

* Strong analytical skills required; In depth knowledge of Excel necessary; MS Access a plus
* Must be able to maintain confidential information
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strict attention to detail, excellent follow up and ability to multitask
* Desire to work as a team player is essential
