TVN is looking for an individual that can provide desktop and workstation support for approximately 100+ users in a Windows/Cisco environment: Windows File/ Print sharing; VPN connectivity; LAN/WAN; FTP; MS-Office: MS Visio: MS-Project; Backup Exec-11; Symantec Anti-virus. Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Phone Systems a plus.

 

Requirements: A+ certification, Educational Req. MCP, 2+ yrs experience of desktop support
