the following position could be for you.


This position has the primary responsibility for the day-to-day communication/support benefits and compensation responsibilities as well as employee relations. 

Work with SR, HR management and grow/learn all aspects of labor relations e.g union, including negotiation and
administration of collective bargaining agreements.

Sit in on collective bargaining meetings, grievance, discipline, and termination hearings, arbitrations, etc. with Sr. Hr Mgr (Chief Negotiator) 


Manage confidential employee relations issues involving both represented and non-represented staff.


Provide support, consultation and policy clarification to management and employees.


If experienced...work with department head and legal department to research and interpret employment laws.


Develop, implement, administer and communicate human resources policies and procedures consistent with policy, laws, and regulations. ee terminations/changes ) 

Provide benefits support by enrolling & terminating coverage in medical, dental & life insurance plans. Assist employees in resolving insurance related issues.
