Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Administrator

The following are Job Accountabilities:

  Responsible for processing payroll using ADP Reconciling Benefit invoices Administer all employee benefits Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees Compiles reports from database as needed Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed. Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401K deductions Contact various department supervisors for any missed times Performs other duties as required and assigned Must communicate to other members of HR team on regular basis Maintain Employee personnel and medical files Coordinates Company functions for employees Maintain PQB reports (HIPAA) Maintain Company Intranet when required Help assist with New Hire Orientation Must update Organization Charts monthly

The minimum Job Requirements are as follows:

  Must contain Employee Confidentiality Detail Oriented Effective Written and Oral Communication Skills Proficient or knowledgeable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc… Must be outgoing with a self motivated drive
