Ideal candidate will also know basic post-production functions like editing, layoffs, retouching, DVD assembly and replication, etc. Responsibilities include: • Provide technical support & problem determination/resolution • Anticipate and prevent recurrence of issues • Maintain computer and print services • Provide audio-visual support ensuring that audio-visual requests are met • Provide limited telephony support Qualifications • A+ Certified • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred but not required • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) preferred but not required • Experience in Data Storage and Servers • Experience in mixed Mac OS, Linux, and Windows environment • Technical knowledge and proficiency with an array of Data Storage and/or servers • Proficiency or working knowledge in Mac/Windows based applications, Word, Excel, etc. Post-Production Qualifications • Proficiency or working knowledge in Mac/Windows based applications, DVD Studio Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, etc. • Working knowledge of digital post-production processes • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Must be a self-motivated team player and able to immediately contribute to a fast paced, deadline intensive environment.
