IT Director

We seek an experienced systems administrator to evaluate overall system design, develop applications and networks, and provide end-user support.  We are a growing, international B2B and direct marketing/consumer catalog business. ·      IT or IT-related 4-year college degree required, Master’s with Systems or Database focus a plus;

 

·      4 to 8 years real world, industry-experience in systems analysis, engineering, and implementation with MS Exchange, Active Directory, MS Server include optimization;

 

·      Excellent computer & networking skills including excellent command of SQL, SQL Server, Queries, Commands, Tables, and database optimization;

 

·      Specific experience with various sized and multiple SQL databases;

 

·      Fundamental or academic knowledge of VB, VB.NET, Sharepoint, IIS, ASP;

 

·      Superior verbal and written communication skills, including listening;

 

·      Great interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - can easily build rapport, talk with non-technical staff members, and comfortably adapt to change;

 

·      Superior analytical abilities combined with great problem-solving; and

 

·      Must be meticulous with details and highly organized.
